Malham and Settle

We stayed in Malham and had wonderful weather exploring this beautiful part of the Yorkshire Dales. On our first day we visited Janet’s Foss (pictured above), Gordale Scar and walked towards Malham Tarn and enjoyed walking on the limestone pavement before descending to the bottom of Malham Cove (see here for walk).

The next day we went to Settle, where we visited Attermire Scar, Victoria Cave, and Catrigg Force:

before returning via the River Ribble to explore Settle (see here for walk).

Our final day we visited Hanlith, Airton and Kirkby Malham,
